Cluster Learning Labs are fortnightly training sessions for frontline workers in each cluster. Your Lady Supervisor will inform you about the schedule. Attendance is tracked and contributes to your performance assessment.
Performance is assessed based on service delivery indicators, training completion, data quality, and community feedback. Monthly reviews are conducted by supervisors. Top performers are recognized at block and state level.
