Nurturing Care Framework: Meghalaya Adaptation

This document presents Meghalaya's adaptation of the global Nurturing Care Framework. It contextualizes the five components of nurturing care - Good Health, Adequate Nutrition, Responsive Caregiving, Opportunities for Early Learning, and Safety & Security - for the Meghalaya context.

The framework serves as the conceptual foundation for all MECDM interventions and provides guidance on how the components can be delivered through existing platforms and services.
